Long Island Spiced Chai

Our Long Island Spiced Chai is simply one of the best things you’ll ever taste. It’s literally #nextlevel and we’re not just saying that. There a fair bit of booze in there, but it’s perfectly balanced. We’ve substituted the cola for soda water so that you can really taste those lovely spicy notes from the chai-infused vodka. Use a mild runny honey - nothing dark or caramelly like a Red Gum, Banksia or Leatherwood. Try a Clover or Yellow Box instead. Or substitute with sugar syrup.

Long Island Spiced Chai

2 parts Chai-infused Vodka 
1 part Reposado Tequila
1 part White Rum
1 part Cointreau or other Triple Sec
1 part Lemon Juice
1 part mild runny Honey (or substitute with sugar syrup)
1 part Soda Water

Shake, strain over ice and add a splash of Soda Water.
