How does one make a French 75 even more bougie? Why, you add Chai-infused Vodka to it, of course. Not only does it add bougieness, the kick of spice rounds the pretty acidic beverage out beautifully. This has come to be one of our favourites.
45ml Chai-infused Vodka
15ml Lemon juice
5ml Simple syrup
75ml Sparkling wine or Champagne if you fannncy
Shake Chai-infused Vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice, and then pour in sparkling. Strain into a champagne flute and top with a twist of lemon zest.
