River Mint is an insanely delicious native bushfood that is easy to grow at home. It tastes like a sweeter and fresher version of your regular mint and we decided to celebrate its flavour with our little spin on a classic Mint Julep.
12-15 Native River Mint leaves or regular mint
2 shots Chai-Infused Bourbon
1/2 shot Sugar Syrup
Shake everything with ice and strain into a glass half-filled with crushed ice. Stir. Top up with more crushed ice and stir again until a frost forms on the outside. Finally, top with even more crushed ice and a sprig of mint.
